How long is the warranty?
Durable goods (like PCs, Laptops, Monitors) have a minimum 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects as per Egyptian law (Art. 22). Accessories vary.
Who pays for shipping on returns?
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we cover the cost (Art. 21). If it is a “change of mind” return (within 14 days), the customer pays the return shipping.
Can I return opened software?
