Welcome to the Warranty Terms page on our website. This page aims to clarify the warranty conditions related to the products purchased through our website and to define the responsibilities of both Smart Vision and the customer regarding the products warranty.
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing any product. By purchasing from our site, you fully agree to these terms. Please note that these Terms may change from time to time, and any updates will be posted on this page.
Know your warranty rights:
You have the right to replace the product immediately or refund its value within one month (30 days) from the date of purchase in the event of a manufacturing defect.
You have the right to recover the value of the product if it is not used within the legal period, provided that it is in its original condition and the product has not been opened.
Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Warranty is void in case of misuse (Burning – Breaking – Scratching – Removing the warranty sticker).
There is no warranty on operating systems, software, and generic accessories.
To benefit from the agent’s guarantee, all product accessories and original packaging must be kept complete.
Immediate Replacement Warranty: The product is replaced with a new one without maintenance or repair work for defective hardware (excluding products that require software work).
Complete & Solid Warranty:
The warranty period is the period approved by the manufacturer, with a maximum of 3 years.
Enjoy an immediate replacement guarantee throughout the entire warranty period, meaning no lengthy maintenance or repair waiting times.
If a manufacturing defect appears and a replacement is not available, the full purchase value will be refunded without any deductions.
Important Note: Make sure to have the Smart Vision guarantee sticker on the product to enjoy the strongest warranty in Egypt.

مرحباً بكم في صفحة شروط الضمان على موقعنا. تهدف هذه الصفحة إلى توضيح شروط الضمان المتعلقة بالمنتجات التي يتم شراؤها من خلال موقعنا وتحديد مسؤوليات Smart Vision والعميل فيما يتعلق بضمان المنتجات.
يرجى قراءة هذه الشروط بعناية قبل الشراء، حيث أن إتمام عملية الشراء يعني موافقتك الكاملة على هذه الشروط. يرجى ملاحظة أن هذه الشروط قد تتغير من وقت لآخر، وسيتم نشر أي تحديثات على هذه الصفحة.
اعرف حقوقك في الضمان:
يحق لك استبدال المنتج فوراً أو استرداد قيمته خلال شهر واحد (30 يوماً) من تاريخ الشراء في حالة وجود عيب صناعة.
يحق لك استرداد قيمة المنتج إذا لم يتم استخدامه خلال المدة القانونية، بشرط أن يكون بحالته الأصلية ولم يتم فتح العبوة نهائياً.
البضائع مضمونة ضد عيوب الصناعة، ويُستثنى من الضمان حالات سوء الاستخدام (الحرق – الكسر – الخدش – إزالة ملصق الضمان).
لا يوجد ضمان على أنظمة التشغيل، البرامج، والإكسسوارات التجارية (Generic).
للاستفادة من ضمان الوكيل، يجب الحفاظ على كامل ملحقات المنتج وكرتونته الأصلية.
ضمان الاستبدال الفوري: يتم استبدال المنتج بآخر جديد تماماً دون الدخول في إجراءات صيانة أو إصلاح للمنتجات التي يثبت بها عيب صناعة (باستثناء المشاكل البرمجية).
ضمان شامل وحقيقي:
تمتع بفترة الضمان الكاملة المعتمدة من المصنع والوكيل، والتي تتراوح من شهر وتصل إلى 3 سنوات كحد أقصى.
استمتع بأقوى ضمان في مصر، وهو ضمان الاستبدال الفوري طوال فترة الضمان المحددة للمنتج.
في حال ظهور عيب صناعة وعدم توفر بديل للمنتج، سيتم استرداد كامل القيمة الشرائية دون خصم أي مبالغ.
ملاحظة هامة: تأكد دائماً من وجود ملصق ضمان Smart Vision على المنتج لتستمتع بأقوى نظام حماية لمنتجاتك في مصر.
