4. Returns & Warranty | الاسترجاع والضمان
4.1. 14 Days (Art. 17): Return without reason if the product is in its original sealed condition and unused. 4.1. 14 يومًا (مادة 17): يحق لك الإرجاع بدون سبب إذا كان المنتج بحالته الأصلية (مغلف) وغير مستخدم.
4.2. 30 Days (Art. 21): Return or exchange for manufacturing defects or non-conformity to specifications. 4.2. 30 يومًا (مادة 21): الإرجاع أو الاستبدال في حالة وجود عيب صناعة أو عدم مطابقة للمواصفات.
4.3. Warranty: New products carry the full manufacturer warranty. Used products carry a specific warranty period provided by Smart Vision, clearly stated on the invoice. 4.3. الضمان: المنتجات الجديدة تخضع لضمان الوكيل، أما المنتجات المستعملة فتخضع لفترة ضمان محددة من قبل Smart Vision تُذكر بوضوح في فاتورة الشراء.
5. Invoices | الفواتير
5.1.Smart Vision issues an invoice for every sale containing all legal data. This invoice is your primary document for warranty and return rights. 5.1. يلتزم متجر Smart Vision بإصدار فاتورة لكل عملية بيع تتضمن كافة البيانات القانونية، وتعتبر هي السند الأساسي لحفظ حقوقك في الضمان والاسترجاع.
